Guests of Los Lagos Hotel Spa & Resort enjoy complimentary access to the thermal mineral waters during their stay. For those passing through or without a reservation, they can still delight without needing to be guests at the resort.

We have eight thermal mineral pools that originate from underground geological formations of the Arenal Volcano, providing benefits for physical and mental health. The pools, whether cold or warm, are fed by springs from the tropical forest. Each one flows with pure, chemical-free water. The complex features two slides: one is eighty meters long with an underground stretch for the most adventurous, and another for the enjoyment of children.

  • Constant supervision is required for children under 16 years old.
  • Children from 0 to 5 years old are complimentary for the entrance-only package. Children from 6 to 10 years old pay the children’s rate. Adult rate applies to individuals 11 years old and above.
