Hotel Policy

Additional services offered by the Hotel: Souvenir, telephone and fax services, restaurant and Internet access.

From the third adult is charged an extra $35.

Villas do not include breakfast.

Rates include breakfast and taxes.(Only superior, premium and standard rooms).

Children over 7 years are charged as an adult.

Check In: 3:00 pm. Check Out: up to 12:00 noon.

Food, beverages or pets are not allowed ( keep in mind, there are watchdogs around the hotel).

By legislative law # 9028 of Costarrican government, smoking in public spaces is illegal. That includes hotel rooms.

Cancellations:

NO SHOWS will assess a penalty for the 100% of your reservation.

Early DEPARTURES and late ARRIVALS will NOT receive refunds for the unused portion of the reservation.

Any cancellation 14 days prior arrival will be penalized with 100% deposit charge.

Any cancellation from 30 to 15 days prior arrival will be penalized with 50% deposit charge.

Notes:

Your e-mail address will be used for notifications about this reservation only.The credit card data is required to make the immediate automatic confirmation in the case of availability for the rooms you"re asking for. In the case of no availability, it will be automatically ignored and deleted.

To record and guarantee your Internet reservation, if availability, your credit card (specified in the form) will be charged for the total amount of the first lodging night; in the case of any problem with that card we will inform you and we will ask you for another credit card to make the charge and keep your reservation as confirmed. If this is not possible, because the lack of guarantee, your reservation will become automatically cancelled.

This reservation procedure is subject to the continuous and reliable internet connection between the on-line reservation system and the hotel local data base, which is not dependent upon Los Lagos Hotel. So there is the remote possibility of an erroneous automatic confirmation. In such case it will be informed officially as a cancelled reservation for the explained reason, and the credit card data will be ignored and deleted (But you can still ask for rooms availability, for another dates).
