 In our roomy Las Palmas restaurant, you can taste a very wide selection of dishes, from Costa Rica and around the world. Besides, we can offer you seafood and grilled meats with exotic and tropical shades in its different sauces and harness! And our breakfast buffet is one of the most plentiful you may ever have while in the Arenal area, featuring Costa Rican typical meals, ham, cheese, cereals, several kinds of bread, tropical fruits, coffee, orange juice (and from another fruit as well), and a very opportune omelet station.

There are dishes with fresh tilapia, salmon, trout, tuna, prawns, lobster or shrimps; as well as export quality meat cuts, among which the "Lomito Las Palmas Mar y Tierra" (sea & land steak) is really superb.

As a Costa Rica restaurant you can find the best of our country, starting just at the breakfast with "Gallo Pinto" ("spotted rooster"): a rice and black beans spiced (coriander, garlic, onions & pepper) mix accompanied with sweet ripe plantain, eggs, cheese, bread toasts and the excellent Costa Rican coffee. For lunch or dinner traditional menu includes the "Casado"; ("married meal"), prepared with no mixed rice and beans, meat at choice (chicken, fish, beef) and vegetables. These last can be presented in "Ensaladas" (salads of tomato, lettuce or cabbage, cucumber and beet) or in "Picadillos", which are meat and vegetable combinations where one or more vegetables (like chayote, ayote, potatoes, "zapallo" or tuber roots) are chopped, mixed with meat and garnished with the same spices as before. Natural beverages are prepared from tropical fruits: melon, blackberry, watermelon, mango, tamarind, passion fruit (maypop), guanabana (soursop), pineapple, papaya, banana, "cas", etc; to be served with water or milk.

The rainforest vicinity ensures that you are not the only visitant that come to relish a Costa Rica meal, because of the graceful presence of an astounding colored bird diversity that visits a properly settled bird feeder, close as at you hand reach for great bird picture taking and bird watching delights while you are comfortable sat. You can see the hummingbird (several species), colored tanager, robin, woodpecker and honeycreeper among others; even the Collared Aracari and occasionally the Rainbow-billed Toucan. Additionally, if it was not enough, as a bird watching bonus, a robust an well settle down Tiger Heron can be posing for your camera while resting on the branch near trees, after feeding on the spring fishes, in the middle of the rainforest garden.

And not all is about food: If you want to organize an event or activity for a large number of people, our restaurant can turn on a big hall with a capacity for 250 people. We offer the two separate wings for a better service.

At our new Nahulá restaurant, you can enjoy a very exclusive treat for your palate, as well as a capacity for 150 people. At this moment, this restaurant is dedicated for special events or reservations.
